Assignment #3

Duties: 
CSC 80 Lab Exercise for Week Three
Due Date: Noon, Sept 22

Create a lab three page that illustrates one of your hobbies and contains
the following elements. 

1.  Create a page for lab three that includes a URL that is:
        a. an anonymous ftp site
        b. a non-anonymous FTP site.  (You can use the cs08011 account,
          which has a password of cs080 for the non-anonymous site to
          avoid using your own account.)
        c. Mailto
        d. Usenet
        e. Gopher

2. Include at least one example of BLINK, EM, SUP, SUB, S, U, I, font size
and font face.

3. Include several examples of HR with different widths and heights.

4. Create two anchors within this page or your main home page so a user can
transfer to a "specific place" on the page, and provide links to these
anchors. 

5. Use ALIGN to show text on the right of the page, and DIV to align a
block of text on the right side of the page.

And that is all!!!  If you have questions during your work, feel free to
ask questions via the CSC080 listserv, and I hope all of you will provide
answers when you can.


  Send me an email indicating that you are done with this lab.  I am
putting together topics for a second round of presentations.  If you are
knowledgeable in the use of a particular topic that might be of interest to
the class, let me know.  (examples might be Java, Javascript, Pearl,
Photoshop, Hotdog, FrontPage, etc.)
